Fee disclosure
Fees, commissions, and any applicable charges are disclosed during onboarding or in product documents. Fee structures may change with notice where required.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and current information, keep credentials secure, review recommendations carefully, and promptly report unauthorised activity.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GrowFOLIO is not liable for market losses, third-party outages, force majeure events, or actions taken contrary to advisor guidance.
Intellectual property
The GrowFOLIO app, website, brand, reports, design, and advisory materials are owned by GrowFOLIO or its licensors and may not be copied without written permission.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes should first be raised through our grievance process and may be escalated through available regulatory mechanisms.
Modifications and termination
