How cancellation and refund requests are reviewed for eligible Growfolio services.
Cancellation policy
- You may request cancellation of an eligible paid Growfolio service by contacting support from your registered email address.
- Cancellation eligibility depends on the service purchased, usage status, and disclosures shown at the time of purchase.
- If a service has already been delivered, accessed, or substantially used, cancellation may not be available.
Refund policy
- Refunds, where applicable, are reviewed against the product terms, payment status, taxes, and service usage.
- Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported by the payment provider.
- Growfolio is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other third-party processors.
Timelines
- We aim to acknowledge cancellation or refund requests within one working day.
- Review and processing timelines can vary based on payment-provider and banking timelines.
