User access

These terms apply to your access to Growfolio websites, dashboards, planning tools, recommendation views, support workflows, appointment flows, and paid services.Book an appointment

Eligibility

• You must be legally capable of entering into these terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when using the platform.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Service scope

Growfolio may provide planning tools, advisory discussions, recommendation views, support content, customer workflows, and request-status visibility. The exact service available to you depends on your account, plan, eligibility, and disclosures presented in the product flow.

Growfolio is not a bank, exchange, depository, AMC, RTA, payment provider, or broker. Where a transaction or investment request involves a third-party intermediary, final acceptance, rejection, execution, allotment, settlement, and record keeping depend on that intermediary and applicable rules.

Recommendations and advisory content

• Any recommendation or advisory discussion is based on information available at that time and the details you provide.
• You should review all assumptions, risks, scheme documents, offer documents, tax implications, and suitability factors before making a decision.
• Past performance, model output, or a planning projection does not guarantee future returns.
• Registration, technology, or platform access does not guarantee the quality of advice, performance, or investment outcome.

Investment request status

• A submitted request is not confirmation that a transaction has been executed or completed.
• Official confirmations and records come from the applicable AMC, RTA, depository, payment provider, or other registered intermediary.
• You should verify official statements, confirmations, and account records before relying on any status view.

Fees and payments

• Fees for paid services are disclosed before purchase.
• Taxes, refund eligibility, and payment-processing timelines may vary by service and payment provider.
• Failed, delayed, or reversed payments may affect access to paid services.

User responsibilities

• Do not misuse, copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or disrupt Growfolio services.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or unauthorised information.
• Do not use the platform for unlawful activity or to violate third-party rights.
• Review all outputs and official documents before making financial decisions.

Third-party services

Growfolio may link to or integrate with third-party services for payments, onboarding, scheduling, communications, data, or investment-related workflows. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or restrict access where required for security, misuse, legal compliance, non-payment, or breach of these terms. You may request account closure by contacting support, subject to retention obligations.

Intellectual property

Growfolio content, software, designs, workflows, brand assets, and platform materials are owned by Growfolio or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitation and disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growfolio is not liable for losses caused by market movement, third-party failures, inaccurate user inputs, unauthorised account access caused by user negligence, service interruptions, or reliance on unofficial records.

Risk disclosure

Mutual fund and market-linked investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme-related documents and applicable disclosures carefully before investing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on the platform with the updated date.
